  • 115 g all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp dehydrated onions
  • tsp granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • butter or margarine, for frying
  • vegetable oil, for frying
To serve

  • cooked red cabbage, (optional)
  • Warm cooked potatoes, finishes with a little melted butter and sugar, (optional)
  • potato salad, (optional)
